Refund policy

We want you to love your BitFitness gear as much as we do. If you're not satisfied with your order, you may request a return or exchange withing 7 days of receiving it, provided items are unused and in original condition.

To start a return, contact us and provide us with your order number.

Note: Due to Hygiene and limited-edition collections, certain items like Jersey or Customized Apparel may not be eligible for return.
